Hi to all

Yesterday got PP request from Abudhabi. Thanks to all the forum members. Although I am not very regular here but the help provided on this forum contributed immensely in getting things understand and proceeding accordingly.

A small question if someone who is in same boat.

For submitting passports to abudhabi, kindly, pls confirm following procedure:

1- take 3 pictures of each person
2- put along with email , the pictures , and passport in envelope, pay to aramex for sending the passports to abudhabi embassy.
3- fill out return airway bill at the same time and pay for that too
4- wait for visa to come

I think total cost is AED 100 each for sending and AED 30 for the package as per my inquiry with aramex. If anyone paid less kindly contribute.

nope not asked for POF in OCT, SMSH made a typo i guess, i was asked for POR ONLY but yesterday i received MED+RPRF+POF+PCC all together, by the grace of all mighty, i am sure its only a matter of weeks before you will get MED request inshallah, hope we all from this group will get visa soon inshallah.

1. Is it seperate for each child ?
2. For pakistani children do all these vaccines apply ?
3. From whom it should be signed ? any doctor or some body authorized to do it ?

I have got my children's immunizatiosn cards from hopistals where we usually take them to vaccination and health checkups. Do i still need to fill that form ? Seniors please help

Although I haven't gone through it yet .....But as far as i Understand I have answered it in red font.

[/font][/font]2. For pakistani children do all these vaccines apply ? (Not all but the critical one like HBV, measles, rubela, mums etc but influenza vaccine is not valid as the temperature here is not that hard as compared to Canada)
3. From whom it should be signed ? any doctor or some body authorized to do it ? (any doctor who is giving these vaccines to your children...in our case we got it from SHIFA international and they are going to certify it)

I have got my children's immunizatiosn cards from hopistals where we usually take them to vaccination and health checkups. Do i still need to fill that form ? Seniors please help (I think its better to have filled those forms just for ease in dealing though vaccination cards have minute detail in it which can suffice the purpose)

1. Yes it applies to all children
2. Your Doctor understands this , and will fill this up - Terminology is different , but basically all vaccines are same around globe.
3. Any RMP can do it
