Use hair dryer or leave it for one day it will dry off

Go to stationery shop and ask them for a special pen for writing on photo paper
That gets dry in seconds...I think that pen name is called zebra pen or similar

It's a pen called ach you can get it in Rolla bazaar it's near the post office it's the only pen which works on the photo paper it has golden nib and black head , when you reach Rolla in Sharjah turn to your right by the post office and then go straight before you reach the bus stand there will be small stationary store and a Bengali man will be sitting outside ask him he will help you
