Hi All,
Any body can update the status of below 6 applicants in our master list....
If they no more active I can delete them from list.....So then we will have clear two streams ....
UDR Standard & UDR with 18 months.......

In my opinion, they would't ask for update forms again. They will ask for Police Certificates and RPRF. One interesting thing in my CAIPS is "SEND FOR CHECKS". This was not in my last CAIPS. Has anyone else got this in one's CAIPS? I am not worried about verification but I am worried that it will take more time if they do it.

Nobody can enter Canada without checks done, the fresh pcc means your case will get final decision before the pcc expires, I think you will get MR along with these documents request, schedule A form is required with MR even if you had sent them the UD documents before, they have not used the word "then" in between the documents and medicals so most probably you will get everything in one package

Applied for Caips notes today through my relative as it is nearly 7 weeks of BFB gone and a week after verficiation calls. I hope that Caips notes will have some updates.
Got the following link on Canada jusitice website to find out about these Sections 15, 16, and all other sections.
I hope that it will help others to understand about these sections as well.

If you are referring to sec 15 in caips email then this is not a correct link. This is sec 15 of privacy act whereas information act is mentioned in the email content.

Owing to the delay in PPR after MR, I ordered CAIPS for a second time post my MR. The first one was in March 2013 and the second in May 2013. In the latest one, I have noted that they have added

"FOSS: nothing adverse x 3

No further crim concerns

KB,
ready for PHEP"

Also, there is an addition to SEC and CRIM - STATUS in the new CAIPS, which was not there in the previous notes. Hope this info will help to put an end to some speculations...

I have same information in caips notes like foss nothing adverse, no further criminality concern and crim/sec 1. Please let me know, is there anything mentioned against BDEC in caips notes. In my opinion after crim/sec check nothing remain pending but LVO in response to my csi replied background checks are undergoing.

Them telling you that they'll get back to you shortly is positive thing - It shows positive development - Keep your fingers crossed as there may be a correspondence from them shortly.

No UDR received nor i received 18 months wait letter
