YES I GOT 18 MONTHS WAIT LETTER, BUT I AM NOT THE ONE WHO GOT EDUCATION VERIFICATION AT THIS STAGE, IT IS NIZAMI!!!

Does your spouse have a Bachelor degree or three year diploma 4 points for this

I have total 65 points for myself
and if they don't accept my wife's bachelors than i will 3 points for her

This will make my total points to 68.

Yes i am 18 months letter holder and they still have all my original documents, nothing was returned to me with the 6-12 months wait letter.

in my latest CAIPS which received after the upd documents, there is written s.15(1) in the right corner on 1 of the pages.

please clarify all of us that have you received 6-12 months wait letter???? if yes, then your points calculation is not necessary because CIC already awarded you 67 months or MORE and then they have issued you the wait letter and later 18 months letter, if i am not wrong, i guess they have made a mistake and send you this new request, i would suggest you to send them a brief email stating that why u have been recalculated at this stage? U are already awarded the qualifying point, hence you received 6-12 months wait letter and then 18 months. your questioning might make them realize there mistake.

i dont have any idea, i never applied for caips, i was just referring to someone else's post, please check it, if you are not having section 16 mentioning in your caips then you will not have edu. ver. again as i could understand.

Yes i did receive 6-12 months letter and after that 18 months letter.

It's not recalculation, it's background checks

yes you are right, it is background check, and as per his case it is now should be clear to all of us that they firstly award you pass mark of 67 or more and send you "you are eligible" letter then after 1 year they make back ground check and tells you that you are not eligible, CIC is playing with us or am i wrong??? please elaborate.

I have submit letter, passport & photos. Anything else I need to submit? What you think how many days they will take to stamp visa? Where I can go for photos in dubai? Thank you

After giving us hopes, CIC is trying to find reasons to label ineligible.. NOT FAIR
Guys, please reply that how many of you have their original documents back, as mine is still with LVO !!!!
May b this will give lil idea about their still in-process verification...

They usually check about institutions or IELTS online and in CAIPS the IO writes "civil documents ok" , the points are calculated on documents in hand they might have sent an inquiry about his spouse's college and on BFD the IO checked the reply from the institution

congrates amjad, you need to submit the PP in person at Abu Dhabi Embassy. For Returning of passport, you can fill the aramex bill (lying there on table).

You will be having the photos specifications in letter. Same letter take to any photo studio and they will print it for you or take new photos

You need to submit following at Abu Dhabi Embassy:-

1) All Passport including family members
2) 2 or 3 Photos
3) Passport Request Letter
4) Aramex Bill for delivering the Passport (note down the reference number for tracking purpose )
