I already submitted updated documents in December last year. And they ticked on 'forms enclosed in envelope'.

Sorry ! ! but if they asked 10 times same forms we cant deny them and we cant say that we have already sent to you I also sent 3 times same form

Hey, But they didn't mention any specific form. They just asked us to fill and send the enclosed form. And the only form we got was the medical form, which we are not supposed to fill in.
