i recieved P103 request and 18 months letter on 4th march from LVO. my response package was recieved at their end on 12th march. i sent an email to them to confirm whether they had recieved it. today i have recieved a reply from them that they have recieved my documents and these have been placed with my file.

It is a letter asking for additional/update documents (such as police certificate , family update forms, photographs , travel history forms etc etc )
