Dear Arsh Ali,

I believe you need to consider this idea, please.....It is only one time hard work for you, please it will really help lot of people...to see the statistics....
Sub dua karain gay aur aap ka kaam bhi jaldi ho jaye gaa

Could you please also add two more columns (Date of Application) + (Current Country)
This will give an idea exactly for all of us that how much time they are taking from the date of 1st application and applicants from which country are getting the MR/letter!!!
if you like this idea then My date of application is 12-Jun.2010 & I applied from UAE

If someone could help..
What's UCI number. In the guide it says it's universal client identification number and that it's a 8 digit number. Is this the file number we received from the LVO ?
I hope people with updated docs request filling forms may be able to explain. Thanx

Hello SMSH,

your nationality does NOT matter neither does your country of residence, if you think nationality or residency influences your file process then your are wrong my friend, CANADA is one of those few countries on earth intolerant to RACISM, so noway, your file will be processed quicker if you belong to a certain nation or reside in it.

if you follow your 2nd AOR, we will find the UCI NO. on top of the left hand side and this NO. correspond to NOVASCOTIA, CANADA, on top of the right hand side you will have the LVO. FILE NO. and this NO. starts with Bxxxxxxx or Exxxxxx and this NO. is particularly designated to LVO. applicants ONLY.

Option 1:
In my personal opinion you both must send a CSI to update the status, if you have not received CAIPS/GCMS
because in CAIPS you see that they write clearly that C-50 letter sent to BZZ which means the wait letter was sent to you but you have not received it.
Option 2:
On the other hand you can send a CSI for peace of mind and they will send you this letter by email or may be update you the latest status like:
MR in progress or some good news.....there reply may help others on this Forum.....just write them that after my in process date I have not received any corres like Medical , you people still don't know what is 6-12 wait letter officially and should not mention this in your CSI

Thanks SMSH for the suggestion. I sent many CSI's in last 6 mohts and each time they reply that my application is in a queue waiting to be review.
never they said anything about wait letter and my GCMS notes don't mention is either.

In my case consultant has kept this blank.

LVO deals Gulf countries & european, in recent years they started dealing cases for Pakistan as well.
I can see the clear difference, the processing time for Pak applicants is 44 months and for UAE 29 months
Same Visa office....I don't understand why? if your statement is right then there should not be more than 10% variation in processing times
Rest God knows....and may be you are right as I am not any official from Canada!

I agree to the fact that they do not discriminate on nationality or race. The only issue is in performing background/security checks for applicants from different countries. Sometimes it takes more time to do these checks in one country as compared to others.

Dear All,
is it possible to see how many of us 6-12 waiters are online?
may be some sort of group/private chat with same IDs which are here for help purposes.
what do you think ?

It is good idea...We need something like GTalk or some similar messenger service here within the Forum...But, it has to be initiated by Forum Moderator/Owner. We can recommend them the same. They already have - Add to Buddy List option which can be developed further for this purpose. Consider the sheer number of members in this forum!!! Unless - otherwise everyone choose to share their personal contact to join a third party Chat service...

It's not about racism, it's about the quota for different countries of residence in LVO because LVO is serving a lot of countries

Congrats n Thanks for the info bro.

P.s: your timeline in your post suggests u sent "full docs to london on 5th MAY, 2010"....where as in Arsh s list on page 152, it says you sent "full docs to london on 7th JAN, 2010" (which acoording to your post, is your initial application date to canada). Just thought I should point it out. But I'm assuming u know that already. :) cheers.

Dear application sent to NS January 2010
full doc. sent to london office May 2010
was rejected due to points miscalculation feb 2012
then reopen in march 2012

good luck
