GOOD NEWS FOR ALL WAITING FOR MR

finally SVO has started issuing MR for MI1
It is indeed a splendid news,
Few april 2010 applicant (2nd AOR oct 2010)made a CSE and got amazing reply that his MR has been issued on 9th october 12.
fingers crossed, lets see when they receive the registered mail.

Medical forms for you and your wife are sent to you by registered mail today. Please comply in 60 days.

I think they're not 6-12 Month letter holders. Please do correct me if i'm wrong

Just now received email from my consultants about request for update documents. List of documents is same:

New forms all;
Funds;
PCC for each country
Recent photos

But given only 30 days to respond back. InshAllah all of us will hear gud news soon.

i mean Statement for 3 months or Letter of bank?

i am from UAE and submitted only the bank letter of 1 page where it says that my bank balance is xxx on that date and this was enough as per my GCMS they do not require again POF......but I also think it can be differrent for diff countries,,,,no idea or may be there is a specific request....for 3 or 6 months bank statement in updated docs request...!

I am glad to hear the news of a few waiters getting MRs. I received my 6-12 wait letter dated 10-APR-2012. I have a few questions about POF.
-My CAIPS notes mention the following:
90 DAY P103 PREPARED FOR
-MEDS
-RPRF
-PAK AND KSA PC X2
-UPDATED IMM8/IMM5562E/IMM5406/SCHED1

However, it does not mention POF.

1.Does your CAIPS mention POF?
2.Do you think they'll ask for POF again?
3.Do I have to use the same bank account as I showed before?
4. Can I show my wife's bank account statement in Pakistan (I am a resident of Saudi Arabia) alongwith mine in Saudi Arabia?

I am holder of GCMS and reside is KSA as well. In my notes it's clearly mentioned that POF meets min. LICO. But not sure whether LVO will ask for the statement or not. Therefore, maintaining my min. balance according to LICO, to be provided in time of need.

3.Do I have to use the same bank account as I showed before?
No it's not necessary that you should keep same account which statement was attached at the time of application submission to LVO. But what i feel that if you change your bank better to keep its last six months statement before closing the account
4. Can I show my wife's bank account statement in Pakistan (I am a resident of Saudi Arabia) alongwith mine in Saudi Arabia?
NO

Above all is best of my knowledge, rest seniors can guide better

For proof of funds their wording is "These must be transferable available unencumbered by debts or obligations. Include proof of savings, property ownership documents, (with a statement of outstanding mortgage and official statement) and proof of any other assets, debts and financial obligations. Clearly state the amount in Canadian Dollars"

But honestly I am not sure whether they accept property valuation or the letter is just old format they are using. So from my end I will simply send them last six months bank statement of cash at bank.

2.Do you think they'll ask for POF again? Yes they can ask for it and sometimes even after medicals. So always keep maintain funds
3.Do I have to use the same bank account as I showed before? Not necessarily
4. Can I show my wife's bank account statement in Pakistan (I am a resident of Saudi Arabia) alongwith mine in Saudi Arabia? Yes if she is accompanying u as per ur application
