because Canada is in north america and close to america hence living standards are almost equal or better to USA and Canada is the best country when it comes to human rights and its also famous for tolerance to difference race and religion.

above all, its always better to be in the wild wild west
not in the east (Australia) where the early white settlers were nothing but prisoners send from UK.

Australia is better than Canada. But many applicants do not head to Australian immigration because of its a bit strict rules and conditions for applying immigration, than the Canadian ones. Canadian immigration a bit relax attracts many applicants but in near future, a large bulk of aspirants would tend to Australia, due employment offers, wages ratio etc etc

Yes. My originals docs are still there in CHC london.

I feel its better u didnt get them as yet, it is expected that u will get your MR with these docs through courier... otherwise only MR can be sent by normal post as well... which is not so good in my opinion, in terms of safe delivery....

I liked the last line after losing series from them :'( ... though it is more important what they are currently as former prisoners are one of the best economy holders now...

One thing you guys have missed Australian are more racist as compare to Canadians and cost of living is high in Australia. I lived in US for 5 years on student visa and Canada pretty much has same quality for prices like US.

I am submitting the application to order CAIPS notes. Can somebody please help me for the following quiries?

1 - form IMM5475E - What do we need to put in the section 3 that is "If you have already submitted your application:". Are they asking about the application for CAIPS or the application for immigration?

2 - form IMM5475E - Do my wife have to sign the application as well as there is space on the form or my signatures would be enough?

Consent of spouse can be taken on same form whereas for other adult dependents, seperate form is needed....

Thanks buddy. But is it obligatory to have a spouse signature or is it optional? Are my signatures are good enough being a principle applicant?
