Dear All,

I have a family planning problem....This file is taking for forever to come and i have been waiting from 2010

My wife and I and getting impatient since we would like to have our first child soon...we are 29 and cannot wait..!!

I have received a letter from Canadian Immigration to wait for 6 months letter dated march 2012....

My question is

1)What happens if my wife get pregnant before the letter? does it affect the file?
2)What happen if my wife gets pregnant after the medicals are done? do i need to reapply for my future child?

Please advice? your help is much appreciated.

regards
Dave

From immigration process perspective, one need not to reapply or provide any update if his wife gets pregnant. One only need to inform visa office in case of any addition to family. And visa office has proper procedure to take care of any new arrival in family before or after stamping the immigration visa. So relax and don't worry.

Dear Arsh Ali

An other Question, so Please advice me. I feel you are a very senior member and have abundant knowledge about immigrations rules and regulations.

In fact I have also applied under FSW category in 2010 my time line is under and currently I have 6-12 Months wait letter:

Category........: FSW1
Visa Office......: LONDON
NOC Code......: 1111/0111
Pre-Assessed..: Yes
App. Filed.......: March 2010
Doc's Request.: April 2010
AOR Received.: April 2010
IELTS Request: Along with Documents
File Transfer...: London, April 2010
Med's Request: E-Cas Status: "In Process" since March 2012
Med's Done....: Received 6-12 months Wait Letter on April 2012

My Question is:
Initially my family (Spouse + two kids under age 18) accompany me and I paid the initial fee for four persons including myself. Now I want that, my Father who is above 70Y should also go with us. Is there any possibility to add them NOW along my application? Please advice.

Thanking you in advance and Regards

Almost same as every other 'waiter' (I like this term, invented by destination canada :) )

1- As eemooo1 said, its wait letter
2- In my opinion, P103 is the Medical Form that should be submitted to the DMP for the medical exam, It has your photo stuck on it with a CHC seal....

Dear Arsh Ali,

Sorry, you cannot add your father now. You can sponsor him after landing in Canada but after getting PR in three years. wait for other senior to comment. Absolutely no chance
