Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Dear All,

Our medical results were sent by courier. Will it be ok to send confirmation email after 10 days. Sometimes it has been observed that they lost medical results and request again for new one's

Any suggestions?

Yesterday got my passport and CPR document.

Mailed all docs to Paris office on 19th last month. got it yesterday. Visa valid till April-14 next year. Also visa issue date is 02-October.

The guys in PVO are really helpful. They even emailed me tracking number of the return package so that I can track it.

Wishing you all good luck with your application process.

Flying to Toronto coming Tuesday to complete landing process for 10-12 days.

Good Morning ,

After reading this part of the forum it seems , LVO is going slow.I wonder Why ? My case is also inactive since Aug 2013. thou Caip -note shows all is ok. No requirements , no MED , no background check...........My BfF D, wz Nov 6th 2013 . I did write an email ASKING if they require any thing or if I hv missed something but "NO" reply. Plz pray for me .

Today is my brought forward date. I sent CSI two days back and today got same reply " background checks are under going". Its mean no progress in our cases.

Dear senior members today I received MR with RPRF and proof of funds. I am shot of 350000/- from required funds can I deposit these funds now and get only bank letter showing closing balance. Till july 13 I was in surplus of required funds but for last two moths I withdrawn some money for urgent personal needs. Please guide me I will be thankful to all.

it's taking yrs to get it done ----- when we well be 45 ...... 50 ....... 60yrs old ---than they might say NO - U R TOO OLD TO GO TO CANADA. ;D ;D ;D

If you check SMS list the process goes all year round but very slow in summer otherwise it continues on a steady pace but there is a couple of months which is a burst of MR's

yes dear, No problem, you can take your statement starting from April 13 and now deposit maximum till the date of statement and next day you can refund your balance, but deposit to make balance more than enough. NEKEOL

1- can v show property papers as proof of funds?
2- after chaip notes rcvd.do cic or vo knows that applicant had asked for chaip notes??


One can't keep cash in account for yrs , not knowing v may or not get the immigration. Investments are imp.

1- can v show property papers as proof of funds? (at later stages one cant though LVO accepts properety eveluation as POF at intitial stages but than they ask for bank statements for about 6 months with medicals)
2- after chaip notes rcvd.do cic or vo knows that applicant had asked for chaip notes?? (yes.every email/letter/caips notes request goes into the system)


One can't keep cash in account for yrs , not knowing v may or not get the immigration. Investments are imp. (i know where you are coming from b8ut the issue is they may ask for POF again and ask for proof of any large deposits made in the account. you will have to go through the hassle of liquidfying the assets alongwith providing proof of transactions to the visa office)
