If I was you, i would either leave or change the consultant, you can easily do so by filling out a form.

Cancel ur consultant and take the charge

U can submit all docs with cancellation form

I would strongly recommend reading your contract with your consultant; you may have to pay the last installment any way as I could see you have not received your Medical yet.
If you cancel him he might cause you some trouble as you still have to pay him money (maybe)
But from the sound of it your consultant is the same as mine and I always wished to get rid of him as he does the same to me but keep call him and pushed him to do the job all what you could do is keep calling and make their line busy this will affect their business and they have to answer you.

Cancelling ur consultant does not harm ur case by 1% also

I appreciate your legal concern. What about the extra fees charged by them (not even part of contract). If they r least bothered then why u need to be so legally bonded

Today I got Update Document Request. Which also mentioned about the 18 month wait. Looks I would be one of the last ones to check this thread .

I already applied for the CEC class so I may actually revoke my application if they will give me my fee back.

Today I got Update Document Request. Which also mentioned about the 18 month wait. Looks I would be one of the last ones to check this thread .

In my opinion this is a standard procedure for all where they could not issue MR directly and I hope in few months time you will MR because of CEC . Just submit the UD ASAP. It is just a friendly advise!

All 18 months waiters has completed 80% process and now rest 10% is MR and 10% BG checks and Visa stamping process is just 2-3 days. Thanks to CIC for this good step for GCC residents

Thanks SMSH for your efforts. I have received UDR+18 months email today. Can Anyone please tell if there is a need to fill Military questionnaire if one has complete NCC training in Pakistan. if not, what should be provided as proof of miltary training exemption

I think it was discussed in this forum before not to fill that and write N/A as military training in Pakistan is not mandatory and NCC doesn't need to be mentioned as such. Someone had also suggested to get an affidavit confirming No military service.
