My BFD is 31 MAR 2013 but it's a SUNDAY? Do they work on Sundays or BFD is a joke?

BFD is a sort of a popup I guess, the maximum date on which VO has to touch the file again. He might put next BFD only ......

if there is no update today for anyone then please do not expect any change/update till Monday as UK is off for 4 days from tomorrow...for Easter holidays....so after Monday onwards good news will start again insha Allah...

I wonder what to do now. One can't even apply for visit or student visa of any other country while waiting for this immigration thing when one is not given any time frame? Why can't CHC give a time frame at least. This reply is really disappointing and depressing. It leaves one clueless completely. What if they send medical in a week or in year or or or... What one to do meanwhile? Keep one's passport with one's self? Not try anything else in life? What does CHC want?

Hey, this was my first CSI after sending updated documents in Novemeber. I never got a reply like "pending BG checks". Should I send another query. Why don't they give some time frame?

I think u shud NOT send any inquiry for another 2 months at least. I think u r lucky one not getting reply of BG checks becz these checks take 3 to 6 months and sometimes even more.

Alahamdullilah.

Just checked my email and I have MR + Permanent Residence Fee notification. And yes it is just after 10 days of my BFD and from LVO!

I received this email two days back but did not check my inbox due to hectic routine.

The good part! LVO is active and 'IS' sending MRs. In-Sha-Allah all will get notifications very soon.

I have learnt a lot from all members on this forum and I think it is now my turn to help you guys. All are encouraged for questions (if any).
