Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I can make a simple definition of this 18 months time with email of updated docs request.
1. If they want us to wait further they could have easily sent another letter saying that your case is in process and you need to wait till further notice or 12-18 months time and no one can challenge them...
2. If they have asked to submit the documents in 60 days time that means they want to go to next level after 3-4 months which means the PCC+MR will be the next step.
3. Now simply they are exausted with CSE and may due to any reason they can't declare a law that if more than 1 CSE received you case will be delayed. so they always answer to all genuine & rubbish CSE which they want to avoid now and wanted to concentrate to close the file with Visa before target.
+BG for third department.
4. Most probably they have divided the responsibilities so 1st dept will check the updated docs 2nd dept will check the MR 3rd will check the PCC+BG
So lets wait and see as I said earlier......they can't close our cases insha Allah but there are always exeptions and delays are possible,

That's what we have been doing for more 2.5 years wait and wait, now it's another lolly pop to wait again, yaar akhir ye wait khatum kub hoga, in my case they have all my original documents, i can't even apply for new job or go to different country for job, as in Pakistan things are really screwed, shit man Allah please help us all, hum teyre hi bundey hain.

Few of you know me, I belong to this batch of waiters but I keep reading only, when I find something to share, I post it. The following is my own conclusion from the differentiation between the update document request sent nowadays and the one sent in last Oct, Nov & Dec:

Update Document Request sent in the first quarter of 2013 1. IMM8 2. Schedule A 3. IMM 5562 4. IMM5406 5. Copy of passport 6. Completed Military Questionnaire Update Document Request sent in the Last quarter of 2012 1. IMM8, 2. Schedule A, 3. IMM5406 4. IMM5562 5. POF 6. PCC 7. Photo 8. RPRF

In conclusion, points 5-8 are missing from the recent request which means it will take longer time to get processed. Similar to what happened to our 2nd AOR, especially thos who submit full document in Sep 2010 and never got any aknowledgment until Feb 2011. Hope I am wrong but I believe they want to get busy with our files instead of get busy with replies to our CSI. This is my own conclusion and it might not be correct...it is mere personal reflection on what LVO is doing now. but I wonder why NDVO are not doing the same? :-X

I've noted one interesting point from my recent email.

The subject of email is: P103-(File Number)-(PA Name)

The same P103 is available in my CAIPS notes as followed:

Yes I confirm the letter I received also having subject and ref number started from P 103 and also in my CAIPS it was mentioned that p103 kept in file....

LVo couldnt make different letters for different applicants (for those who will get visa in 2013 and for those who will in 2014), thats y they made a standard letter with a timeframe upto which they will have a plan tofinish backlog. So everybody will get this letter with 18 months NO CSI format. but its sure that some will get visa in 2013 and some in 2014 despite what will be written in his updated request letter.

3- Why they didn't ask new PCC?
4- Why we're the victims of this delay (even the people from the same batch have different respones from LVO)
5- Why not make CSI during 18 months?

I got request today but are not making any sense of happiness

2- Why they didn't ask latest photographs? (they will ask with PPR-1 )
3- Why they didn't ask new PCC? (if they have any doubt OR u have gaps in ur studies or professional life OR u have visits/residence in RED areas then they will ask)
4- Why we're the victims of this delay (even the people from the same batch have different respones from LVO) (coz v r Pakistanis and we are at least priority of Developed countries bcoz of current situation of our homeland )
5- Why not make CSI during 18 months? (Standard format letter for ALL applicants to aviod CSI reply within time frame of their plan for backlog alimination)

I got request today but are not making any sense of happiness ...........u will be happy in july/August-13
