I thinks u can reply back on your meds email. The subject of that email contains the Initials of you VO & hence mail would be quickly forwarded to him/ her. In my case i sent a reply mail & it was answered in only 04 hrs by my VO but again it depends on type of your query. My query was quite pertinent to an updated information form & not sure if a status updation mail would be treated with similar priority. But trying is worth or max they will not answer.......same as CSI.......

I checked and found the e-case satus is showing " In process" along with no change details since the wait letter is issued. I'm from Lahore.

Are you among 6-12 months wait letter holders? I didnt find your details in SMSH excel sheet?
It is a good sign for you. I also gor updated documents request along with RPRF fees in November mid and medicals later on in december 19th.

If its through TCS then it may most probably your original documents, if you havent received them yet. Most of the time updated documents and MR comes through original mail. Just recently CHC LDN has adopted the policy of sending MR and updated documents through email. So congrats in any case your case has progressed that is a good sign mate!

u make a good point that may be the people whos ecase is not working are those people who are waitinf for an update..
well as for me, i m waiting for my PPR2 and my status has alreday changed to Decision Made..
so i dont think that i can see any more update on my ecase, however, i m still waiting for the next step on my application..
its always hard to tell what theyr up to.. but i think it is their internal thing whereby they r updating their system..
well do let us know whenever u see ecase working again..
