Dear fellows after thorough discussions and your guidance through this forum I prepared my draft reply which is as under. Please advice so that I can submit proper detailed explanation regarding personal history.

{Please refer your mail regarding detailed explanation of my activities during the period 1988 to 1993.

Studying Period wef 1988 to 1991
It is submitted that during the period 1988/06 to 1991/06, I was studying which has been declared repeatedly by me in Schedule A Form Education Column whenever required by visa office, although it was inadvertently overlooked to mention in Personal History column.

Unemployed Period wef 1991 to 1993
As regard for the period 1991/07 to 1993/09, I was unemployed and in search of job. It is not easy to get reasonable job in Pakistan as the unemployment ratio persistently high. Moreover, during my unemployed period, I have attended some short courses which have not worthwhile to describe in Schedule A Form. Furthermore, since my teen age I used to play / practice soccer in my leisure time and thank God I can still display good player's skills, because whenever I have free time I go to play football.

The personal history form duly completed for the aforementioned period is attached herewith as desired. However, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.}

Dear friends I have not submitted earlier about short courses and football, it is just for detailed explanation of my activities, should I write it or not as its alteration/ addition from my previously submitted information. Please offer your comments/ suggestions so that I will prepare final reply.

IMHO, alongwith medicals also pay RPRF, usually CHC send PPR after clearence of RPRF (NDVO exception) and normally RPRF clearence takes minimum 20 - 25 days.

I do not feel the need of you mentioning about playing soccer.
And regarding the short courses you may write what courses you were doing and that earlier you hadn't mentioned these as this was not related to ur profession. But they were taken to improve skills in those particular areas like English language classes or computer classes.
This is just my opinion.

I didn't lie any thing, In fact I just overlooked to mention about my education period in my Personal History column, whereas I mentioned in education column wef 1989 to 1991, but mistakenly i write whole period 1989 to 1993 as unemployed period, actually only 1991 to 1993 is unemployed period. Now they visa office want detail explanation of that period wef 1989 to 1993.

Lookin at your last few msgs, it seems u launched 2 applications...

One application was launched in 2007....that application has been closed, accodring to the above ecas status.

Second application was launched in May 2010 (MI-1), and then full docs sent in Jan 2011, for which u received the "6-12 month wait letter" in April 2012.

You wrote:

So Am i I correct about the 2 applications?

If that's the case , they have closed your first application of 2007, and fee will be refunded to u, as all pre 2008 applications have been closed n application fee are being refunded.

Your second application of May 2010 (MI-1), for which u received the 6-12 month wait letter, is still under process, and that should end in a good news for u.

Hope I understood it correct. And have given the right answer.

P.s: one last thing. Your ecase for your second application is still "In Process", and same as what I pasted, right?

jimmy update on my 2007 application. its no longer showing up on the ecase status. i think the process of cancelling the applications has completed but no contact / news on when they will be refunded.
