Actually this is the very first time ppl r getting this type of letter n qorax may be very good at analysing but it's not about thread, we have clear evidences of our friends caips notes we does not need any other info..

U r safe and u will wait for a year, why don't u apply for caips notes..see the previous post of ppl u will come to know if it's a good news or bad news...

Hi I received the 6 to 12 months wait letter too along with my original transcripts. My NOC is 0213 and I applied to Nova Scotia in Feb 2010. First AOR in May 2010 and second in Oct 2010.

By the way I applied for CAIPS and I think BFD date doesnt mean MR will be issued next year..MR could be issued anytime but processing could take upto a year...my view entirely.

Khan bhai, I request to base ur comments on facts, which are currently evident from CAIPS that's where these cases stand.. It's almost same for all, some cases having POF asked and some might need doc update for MR it's also evident in CAIPS.. Pre 2008 cases don't show such CAIPS notes... Qorax is one of the senior membe and we all respect his views but I guess in this case, seeing is believing not only ideas

You r right BFD is the max date on which ur file will be touched again by VO however it can be done earlier in case of any change, development or need

The returned applications upto Feb; 2008 are those which were not opened or reviewed by an officer while here the scenario is different. OK another BF,D but its reality these are in process. BF'D is not a final opening date but a probability. Hope in few months time the dust will clear and the picture will be more clearer.

In my opinion BFD is just put 1 year ahead of 6-12 month's letter issuance date. Our cases has nothing to do with this BFD, our cases would be processed after allocation of next years visa quota....

My the Grace of Almighty, LVO sent me 6 to 12 months waiting letter along with original documents.

I received the parcel from TCS today after they called me. I paid Rs 1400 as well to them.

But there is no request for additional documents or medicals. When should they be requested? Any kind views please.

Good luck, u may get MR within a year...apply for caips notes, u'll understand ur case better..
