Once again have an exciting news to share with u. Just received "Medical Instructions" through email for my self & family. Just to remind u guys, i already received (paper) medicals (Except my Newborn) on Oct 24. Sent updated docs & POF with inclusion of newborn, received by VO LDN on Nov 08th.
On Nov 27th, sent a CSI regarding updation of my status that have resulted in subject "Medical Instructions". Subject mail has been immediately followed by another email, my initial impression was that it's a repetition but in 2nd mail they have also requested to submit "RPRF".
Most important thing for all those who are waiting for updated docs request. Remember, discussion regarding "Schedule A Form" personal history for Past 10 years or since 18th birthday whichever is "most recent". Jimmy & Cock n bull have proven to be right. I just submitted history for past 10 years & it was not enough. With this email they have also sent a format to log my personal history uptill 18th birthday.
Another point of interest or discussion is POF. In my case i submitted my 18th months statement of "Investment in Mutual Funds". Have been investing in "mutual funds" mainly because of Tax benefit (Rebate). Along, with it i also attached my Bank statement for past 18th months (but it was only like 125000 Rs). Lastly, i also took a print out of my "Wealth Tax Statement for Tax year 2011-12" from FBR website to support my investment as "officially Declared".....

P.S: (Especially for my Fav Jimmy bhai).......VO has instructed me to discard our previous medical forms & given 30 days to submit Meds...
