yestarday i also received reply to csi that application is currently pending for background check.

There is no set pattern at London office for Background checks. For some they do before meds and for some after meds.

Only in case of NDVO background checks may continue after medicals else in other visa office MR issued means BG & SG completed.

I think you have done Medical and so it's standard procedure. Did you sent your 4 months bank statement.

i sent updated set of documents along with all the relevant forms filled and credit card details almost 1 month ago. still no response from LVO. and no deductions on my credit card. i know they recieved the courier as i have the DHL recieving.
what should i do?

please advice.

If you mean credit card details for RPRF so I don,t think its the acceptable way of payment. For RPRF one has to send bank draft or postal order. Don,t know the current way of payment but I did pay by credit card the initial apply fee. Wait for other comments and will post the relevant link for you later on.

i dont know what RPRF means its the inital application for a new born. the form stated credit card so i sent it.

Hmmm slowed, I guess they are intensively preparing to launch new policy in jan... Christmas break also ahead

my idea is that they can do things here for wait letter holders. 1- send them all update doc requests before christmas so that they are in a positon to sort them and process them after christmas holidays

OR 2- do the same thing in Jan.

Hina jamal has recently recieved her medicals which means ideally her whole process will be concluded in 2013 to enable her to land within dec 2013 which would be her last date to land according the last date to land rule (1 year from medicals).

till now it seems they will get done with all M1 cases (working inventory) in 2013 so logically by end of Jan i persume all wait letter holders must ve recieved a update doc request or medicals

i dont know what RPRF means its the inital application for a new born. the form stated credit card so i sent it.

RPRF mean Right of permanent Residence Fee. Your question was vague so from updated docs I assumed you have sent RPRF which they normally asks for with updated docs. No idea of adding a new born and its payment mode. Other members can comment.

I wish u r right or aisa hi ho but I am feeling now they will let our BFDs decide when to send updates, the hulchul in middle was just to prove their point of 6-12 months

I hope so, they will send MR/updated docs request to all waiters in Dec / Jan and stress will go down...
