Please send all the below required documents. Please send us clear legible copies and not the originals unless otherwise stated.

Apart from Police certificates all i have been asked to send are the refilled forms

Question: Am i supposed to send the Original forms or photo copies?

If some one has sent updated forms please share your experience

U need to send original forms (new one's) duly signed by u and ur spouse where applicable

I think you need to send notorized photocopy of your kid passport as you're not going to send original one.

You can get others input as well. Seniors please help him

Strange, I don't think you need to attest your passport copy
