Mine too, as per my understanding chances of rejection at this stage are out of question until & unless there is no new amendment in existing immigration laws.

Well Guys, was digging deep down in my CAIPS & found something which i believe is fruit for discussion.

As per CAIPS, my application has been reviewed & approved by visa officer on May 15 but the wait letter i received has been issued on May 02 (date has been manually punched).

Now, i believe there are two possibilities; either the application was reviewed by an assistant on May 02 & S/he considered application presentable to the VO & in the meantime he was advised to forward the wait letter. Secondly, the visa officer reviewed the application on May 15 but issued the wait letter in back date..........

What do u think guys. You know that famous saying, Khali Dimagh, Shaitan ka Ghar...............:P. We need to do keep it busy to keep shaitaan in exile..........:)

Your timeline also shows that you could have sent the MR 2 months ago as other applicants of your timeline did and waiting for PPR

Is it normal for the date of the letter to be handwritten? (just asking...)

:)Welcome October!!! What have you in store for us???? :)

Aoa all,

I received 6-12 months wait letter in June 2012. Is it the right time to order CAIPs? Secondly, I have kept a huge sum of money in bank but due to delay in the processing of application it is devaluating. Should I purchase a plot and show it as a proof of funds? Please advice.

Dear Faisal,,

As foram members already replied to u in other thread , just order for CAIPS and see the output and decide.

But also I think, they might ask you for POF again but you cannot show them your plot evaluation as POF.

As you kept it for a long time, so keep it at least for 3/4 months more.

The best possible option is to convert them into foreign currency of ur choice and keep them in the same bank. Later u can show, if ask, the trail/source of new account and together with previous bank statement. This should not be a problem if proper trail of source is available from bank records.

any ways if it is huge amout, we can share with you ;) so then you will have no worries, no money no tension :)
but I agree with the idea to change it to FC and I think the best is Canadian $ because later on you need the same currency...
To keep money in Pak Rupees is a mistake for sure, open FC account and make internal transfer from Pak Rs. to FC account...

Probably a dish with letters for document updates with slight topping of MR and PPR's :P
