I sent a CSI only once through last four years which was on below email:

London-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
You can mention that your medicals was done and submitted but still you have not received any confirmation and the e case status also has not been updated. Mention your file number and visa officer name in the subject. Hopefully they will reply you.

Dear HIZ,

The name should be at the bottom of mail which you received for medicals.
This could be an abbreviation like JMR, MCH, NXS etc..

GOOD NEWS! Alhamdlillah, I received my PPR2 from CHC-LDN after a long while and dispatched my Passport and 2 pics to CHC-ISL. Can you please share your experience in how much time after dispatching you received your passports back?
