dear jimmy, i think you are slightly wrong, what is happening is that LVO is running out of time to clear with the backlog target by the end of 2014, so who ever is getting MR lately is getting PPR faster. if you see the spreed sheet, you will find most of the ppls who got PPR with in a month, they also got MR in jan/feb 2014, its also a factor that they are prioritizing ME applicants.

I think prevousely they were asking for medical before security checks where as now they are requesting medicals after security checks which ultimately reduces the duration between MR & PPR..

Have you done Manual (On Papers) or online??
Online will take very short time where as for manual you have to wait for at least 1 week as I did...

the assistant at the hospital rather told me that it is the manual that will be faster cause she will send it via fedex, it will take 3/4 days and online might even take 1-2 weeks, maybe manual is 300 sar more and thats why she was trying to convince me.

anyone have any idea when they will send the medical forms as i have received email on 12th feb, but have not received any forms yet, and also people who have already gone through medicals can you guys share, will my 60 days start from the date of email or from the date of forms i will receive.

You should contact immediately as I received forms on 15 th Feb and email on 17th Feb. it is mentioned in email that if you do not receive forms so inform us in next 48 hours.

Have booked at IOM Islamabad for 27th Feb 2014. For booking with IOM Pakistan, the best option I used is email : canmedpk @ iom.int . Got response in 24 hours instead of waiting for hours on phone and even may be missing informations to note. So i would strongly recommend email for appointment booking.

Is it ? But this email address was given to me by one of the Panel Physician as is specific for Canadian medical appointment. You might have used mhdpk address.
