I called CIC to follow up on my application since it has been around a year. They mentioned that I can extend my bridging work permit since my application is still in process. They also mentioned that I can contact them on September 5th if my application hasn't been finalized by then and they can raise the issue with the security agency to question the delay.

I suggest giving them a call if it has been more than 15 months so CIC can contact the security agency (CSIS or CBSA)

Got the PPR on April 5th. After 18 months in Express Entry and 12 months in OINP under EE. So in total 30 months.

Did you ever order CBSA notes?
What i see from your message that 12th December notes contained only 3 SS activities up to mid of December and in January you got PPR.
So number of SS activities are not important.
Did you receive any other notes after 12th December 2017?

No, I never received the notes that I have ordered on 16th of December
