Running into my seventh month of wait for PPR and officially on this thread now. GCMS requested again. Last update to my application was on April 2 when it was marked as "updated". BG check has remained "in progress" since Oct end.

The GCMS requested in this month would only be available sometime next month. First set of GCMS notes didn't have much useful information other than completeness check passed and medical passed. RCMP was also passed as NRT (No reportable trace).

Got my GCMS notes, this was really quick 2 weeks only.

The Situation is as follows:

Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

The crazy thing is that the latest comments are on 10/28, a week after I resubmitted my Schedule A.
Then the next comments are from 3/31: Status inquiry received email from PA; Standard template sent.

The only change was a week ago (4/12) that I finally got my RPRF request. Is this normal that there are 0 notes by agents on the file for 5 months.
It looks as if they forgot about this file for 5 months and my email or GCMS notes, woke the process again. Even security is still not showing as not started.

BTW it states under Application Assignment: Due Date as 2016/04/14

If you have already completed 6 months, I would suggest call CIC directly and enquire about your application. If you are lucky, you will get a good agent on line who can share the exact current status of your application.

Hi guys - can status be requested from CIC only after 6 months, not before, mine is also nearing 6 months - 5 months gone already.
