I have 2 questions :
1. Will the review is done based on each NOC separately by different panel of people or is it like, the applications in line will be taken up and done one-by-one though they belong to different NOC
2. Any idea application of which date are going on for NOC 2173.

LOA - Received from Western University London Ontario for Phd in epidemiology and biostatistics with project on pharmacoeconomics.
I have attached a cover letter and SOP in the application
Funding- Full funding received ( tuition + Living expenses).
Applied on - 11-Aug-2014 under general category paper based as I got the LOA on the 2-Aug-2014 and I was travelling for office work hence couldn't apply earlier.
Extension to join college received, letter is attached with the LOA in the application.
What are my chances of getting a VISA and study permit.
12th-80%
Bpharm- 70%
Mpharm - 72%
