Although, difference is that, I have already been asked to submit my medical papers and right's of landing fee - which I have on 28Oct09. So I am wondering, has a decision been already made regarding my case? If so, why are they visiting my work place?

Frnds...just now visa office representative visited my office. they went to my supervisor first and showed a pic of a some other person and asked whehter he works here. my boss replied negetively. then he showed my pic and my boss confirmed him. he asked about my position in the company and then asked to talk to me. he took my interview and informed me that they will give their feedback by 2 weeks.

Hmm ! how many people was? what did they ask u? about ur duty ? by 2 week will inform u? they told me 6 weeks. that means they r doing "SHARASHI OVIJAN".

CIC has all the right to carry out such surprise visits.
I got some questions for VNCviewer

1. You have your Bachelors and Masters in Computer science/Comp Engineering or similar subj?
2. You had any professional Vendor certification?
3. How many people you wrote that you managed? in NOC 38 list, there is no scope for Programing managers to apply but managers who manage programing projects can apply.
4. What kinda IT farm you work in and how many people work under you and the farm?

But I am telling you like others, dont be panicked now, the hardest part is over now.
YOu should listen to something good anytime soon.

But it wonders me why are they doing so many site visits?

Hi VNCViewer and others,

not very happy to hear that. The way they've visited you wasn't very pleasant and it seems like as if FBI wanted to invertigate anything. The way they've interviewed ur boss isn't acceptable but your boss shouldn't complain abt it coz he was within his right to refuse for the interview as you don't always have time for everyone and remember you have applied for immigration not boss and they can't refuse ur application on these basis as they were suppose to call and take appointment from ur boss.

Whatever has happened is past, so try and get along with everything and be patient.

Have I ever told that the site visit was done for me. It is the VNCVIEWER who started the thread and we are just giving our opinion.
