Hey, once we CPC got in contact with us stating our Client ID etc, we noticed they had spelt my partners middle name wrong. We contacted them by email and they responded yesterday saying :

"Dear CPC-M,

See the email attached for the required actions"

CPC-M Im guessing means Case Processing Center - Mississauga?

We have checked the client ID on the CIC website and currently to this day it is still misspelt. Anything I can do to get them to change it?
 
Yes, you can send a CSE or Case Specific Enquiry into the VO that will be processing your file. Ensure that you quote the "File #" that they provided in the SA letter. Once you have done that, don't bother them for a while, you may not see visibility of the correction until your file is close to being or is 'In Process'.
