The Travel section on ITA?

Hey guys just filling out the travel information now for where it says all travel outside country of origin or residance. If I have been in Canada for the last 2 years and visted home back in a couple of timed do I have to write this down?

I've highlighted the important part here - all travel outside of country or residence. i.e. if you've been anywhere besides from Canada (country of residence) or where you were born (country of origin). If it's outside of these two places then yes it has to go down, otherwise, leave it blank.
