How long is the period between CIC fees encashment and the receiving of PER/File Number ?

the average number of days between FEE encashement and PER is 7. for some applicants it took 12 days, for some 8, 11, 10 even 2 and 1. for me it took 1 day.

It's been more than 20 days since my CC charged..
i don't know why it's taking longer than the average time..

dont worry you will hear some good news from CIC, have u check your emails in junk/spam?
