The need for a TRV

Hello Everyone,

My friend is from a non-exempt visa country. She just finished her studies and got a Post Graduation Open Work Permit.

She doesn't intend to leave the country anytime soon, so does she need to get a TRV or she can wait to get it?

Can she get a TRV even if she's not employed?

You do not need to renew your TRV if you do not leave Canada and do not plan to travel to another country.
