At the back of the document check list it states:

Children information:
As per document listed with the immigrants guide

That's all it says so I have no clue what document I need to provide this information on.

Also - where is this Immigrants guide? can anyone send the link?

We are doing the family class and my wife is sponsoring me, my daughter was born in the UK and will inherit automatically the Canadian citizenship. What form do I include her on?

if you go to the CIC website, the immigrants guide will be one of the links on the page with all of the other forms for PR.

As for your daughter, you will need to apply for her Canadian certificate of citizenship. This is a common thing to do, and it can take up to a year I believe. Some people have mentioned it takes significantly less time than that. There are definitely other threads on here about this, so try to search for them. Since the child is a canadian citizen, she will not need to be added to the PR application for sponsorship. I believe if you are still waiting for her citizenship certificate, then you can include her birth certificate and possibly a letter letting them know you will send it in as soon as it's received. I believe you still need to include your child on your "Additional family information" form. I'm not sure there's much else you need to do since the child is a canadian citizen.
