My closed work permit expires in June 22, 2014, which date (the earliest) can I apply for the BOWP February 22 or March 22?

Hey~no offence but, did you ever try to count? Or just post a question to check our simple math problem solving ability.. From feb 22, your wp will be expired in 4 months
