the cap for investors is only for fedreal business plan or for provisional plan

hi all. latest news as far i learnt investors plan reached its cap and no more applications are accepted for canadian business class investors plan. is this only for federal or for PNP investor plan too??

@freya1 : Dear the cap system is just for Federal Invester category and CIC will now start taking applications for Federal invester Category in January 2013,but for Provincial categories there is no CAP system and are always open for submitting any kind of immigration application.

@freya1 : The federal invester porgram takes 40 to 50 months,if you apply now and the provincial program takes 36 to 42 months ...........
