In the sections Current Country of Residence and Country where applying, there is no choice but to input an ending date for both.
- The TRV applicant has a citizenship status from the country in which they are applying from and there is no expiration or desire to end the citizenship.
- The TRV applicant has a worker status in their current country of residence and has no desire to end this.
If these fields are left blank (which they should be), the barcodes at the bottom of the 5257e form will not be generated.
What should be done? Right now the applicant has inputed a date in both fields and crossed out the printed versions.
