@legalfalcon Dear Legalfalcon,

I hope you are doing well. I have a somewhat trivial question to ask if you do mind. I was raising a webform with some documents and realized that I uploaded a wrong document. Do i have to call ircc about this or I can simply send another webform to rectify this? Thnak you very much.

You can send another web form to clarify this.

Thank you so much for your kind response. actually I mentioned in the webform that I am fully vaccinated but I mistakently uploaded the booking record instead of vaccine record. Thought that would have a negative impact ( inaccurate document provided ) on my file . I got a bit stressted out and paranoid over this. already sent the full record in second webform.

Hi @legalfalcon

I already have pnp express entry application , and I want to apply for cec.

medical and police certificate ( back home- no expiry date) was issued more than a year ago .

i read here :https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-permanent-residents.html

I don’t need to do medical again.

please advise if i need medical and police certificate again

Thanks in advance
No, unless IRCC asks for it. All documents have to be valid as on the date when the application is submitted.

As regards medicals, IRCC had a policy of extending it, see #13,190

@legalfalcon whats the validity of ielts? 2years from test date or 2 years from result date?
I see contradictory info on IRCC website:
Under the following link for Tr to Pr pathway IRCC uses the words “test results”;

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/trpr-language-testing.html

But under following link IRCC uses the words “test written in past two years”:

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/questions-answers-by-topic.asp?st=29.4.2
It is the test results, i.e the date on your IELTS transcript for when the test result was declared.

I have two questions
The first is concerning the gift deed, I'm getting the money from my parents who live in my home country, the problem is that I live else where and I don't have a bank account back home, I'm planning on traveling there after I get an ITA, open up a new account specifically to transfer the money to and prepare the necessary documents, will this be ok considering that the account doesn't have history. I'm open to ideas because I honestly don't know what to do.
The second question is about work experience, I'm planning to submit a reference letter without pay stubs, is it risky?
Thank you so much for your help.

When you show a gift deed, you do not need to meet the 6 months average balance. See

Hi @legalfalcon hope you are doing great.
I had submitted my passport via webform as my old passport has expired. And in second webform i had submitted the original document of translated documents.
In both the reply to the webforms in 1st one i received the general reply.
While in response to the second webform, it was specific and the agent had replied that the document will be added to your file within 24 hours.
1)So in response to 2nd webform, will they consider the document (translated ones)?as the agent had said that he will add my documents toy file.
2)also, at the end of the web form reply there is name and agent code, so is he processing the file?
Please reply sir.

All webforms that you submit are attached to your file. So if you sent a translated document and the original document, both will be added, even if you received a specific response to one of the webforms.

The agent code that you see usually of the person who is processing the webforms. The officers who are processing your file only communicate if there is something required for your file, clarification, additional documents, procedural fairness, etc.

Plus the agent had written " Rest assured, the documents will be added on file within 24 hours from the date of this email."
So will they consider my documents send via web form.

Your application can be transferred to any Vo office or processed at any VO across the IRCC network. See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/service-delivery/file-transfer.html

Your VO will be listed on pages 2-3 of your GCMS notes or you can send a webform to IRCC and ask for it.

To find your VO on your GCMS notes see https://bit.ly/3jesp3Y
