Thanks for the response. I will check on the SOWP so that when it's time I will have a better idea of what I need to do. I know for the extension of PGWP I need to apply before July 27th but that will be 5 mths instead of the 4 mths. Just wondering if I should take the risk as it's an 18 mth extension and I'm not sure how long the SOWP would be for.
The SOWP is based on the spouses WP. To get the SOWP, your spouse has to have a WP, and the validity of the SOWP cannot be beyond the validity of the WP as it is dependent on it.

Do your calculations and plan accordingly.

Dear @legalfalcon
I would be glad to have your advice on the following:
1.I am FSW-Outland candidate with expired IELTS and expired medical exam.Is there any chance that immigration officer will ask for new IELTS exam result.
2. I am not vaccinated yet as I get to know that covaxin is not recognised for international travel. If I hopefully get PPR and expected to travel soon. What if they want me to get vaccinated before travelling but there is a problem as the gap between two doses is 84 days. How will I counter this problem.
I tried contacting my immigration agency several times to clear my doubts but they didn't respond. You are my only hope.
I really look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

1. The IELTS score has to be valid as on the day the application is submitted. If it subsequently expires, it does not matter. As regards medicals, see my previous post at #13,190

2.

Hi @legalfalcon I have submitted my application AOR Feb 14 2021(FSW-O) Today due to the new talent initiative in my current company, my job title has changed however my roles and responsibilities are the same. Should I inform IRCC about the change. If so, I don't have any documents yet to claim my job title change. Could you please advise on this ?
Thanks In Advance.

As such there is no need to inform since your job duties are the same. However, you can get a letter from your employer with the updated title and send it to IRCC via webform, but not mandatory since you are still with the same employer with the same job duties.

Hi @legalfalcon , I got the GCMS notes and I noticed that they removed a section from Admissibility. It is blank. Below is the screenshot

https://prnt.sc/14q51gy

Can you please check and tell me which section it can be?
Has it been redacted, see the top right corner for any Access to Information Act section pursuant to which it may have been redacted.

The link you provided isn't working.

Hi @legalfalcon , Thank you very much for your response. Please check below image. It's in between Biometrics and Organized crime under admissibilities section. I am sure that you will be aware what should be in between these two sections as you are seeing a lot of GCMS notes :)

I checked the top right corner it's not showing any act as I got separate letter from the CBSA regarding acts applied for redacted information

Thank you very much once again for your help!

This is not redacted, this is blank since it has not started or not relevant to your file. All GCMS notes have this

@legalfalcon Dear legalfalcon, I have a question about re-medical exam.

My current medical exam will be expiring in 2 months while my application in still in process. Is it a good idea to do an upfront medical exam before the current one expires? Or Should I just wait for the re-medical request letter before going for a medical exam? Because I am not sure if upfront medical will be accepted without the official re-medical request

Thank you so much for your time and your valuable opinion.

Thanks for the advice. I'm probably just gonna wait until November/December and apply for the SOWP, which would probably be issued until July 2022, hopefully by then the PR has been approved if not will act accordingly

Thanks for the response @legalfalcon What kind of letter should I get from employer? Is payslip ok? This month end I will get payslip with my updated job title.
