Hi legalfalcon,

I have one question. I have got my PR visa with the sponsorship of employer as an oversea FSK. With the job offer from the employer I got 600 at PNP and passed EE finally. I want to know how long I should work for my employer after landing. Or when I could change the job If I see a better job opportunity with higher income? Could I change the employer before PR card is available after landing(without change of province)? Is there a rule for it?

Thanks in advance!

As soon as your land, you are an landed immigrant. You have no obligation to work for the employer who sponsored you. If you are a PNP nominee, you have PNP obligations, see https://bit.ly/38zrW8o

Beware if the person you are considering hiring for immigration services mentions that they know someone in the Immigration Department that can help with your immigration application. http://bit.ly/2JEWpoC

It looks good. Note 1-3 are about criminality and Note 4 is about biometrics.

Whats does you note on eligibility state. It it passed by an officer or an agent.
Thaks for your reply

But still i am confused

you said
"It looks good. Note 1-3 are about criminality and Note 4 is about biometrics.

Does that mean my criminality and eligibility are passed ?

I can't understand what are you trying to say for "Whats does you note on eligibility state. It it passed by an officer or an agent" this sentence.

Also Note 4 saying that i have to do gain biometrics ?

If you just got your medicals done on 16 December may not have been updated. Just send the upfront medical sheet for the exam done on December 16 and send it to IRCC in response to the remed request.

You do not need to get another medical done.
Hello @legalfalcon

I got the Remeds done. However Today I received a message in my account asking me to upload Schedule A : IMM 5669 for both Applicants. [Request Letter]

Is this a step closest to PPR or is it a previous step that is being done again.

You do not have to use a different subject. Even if you do, all documents sent to IRCC are named as per their own format.

When you send the webform, you an can mention that you had already done the remed. before the request from IRCC was sent and the upfront medical was sent xx date.

IRCC can ask for additional documents at any time. Usually Such A is asked when there is a gap or a clarification needed in your history.

Any progress is a step closer.

Most likely your security should be underway soon.

Thanks @legalfalcon

But I was informed that my security and everything is passed (valid) since May 2020

In Gcms, note says : Ready for Approval since 29 May 2020

So can they start security screening Again? Or are they doing a final check before giving ppr?

IRCC can ask for any documents before a decision is made. If you were asked Sch A, then your security may not have been concluded.
