Dear @legalfalcon
My medical expired on May 2nd this year. On April 18th, my medical result changed from you don’t need a medical exam, we will let you know if that’s changes to you passed the medical exam on April 18th. Does it mean IRCC extended my medical for additional year? I am a US based applicant.
Thanks
It I at the discretion of the officer. If you have received the COPR and you are waiting to land, then as per the latest policy IRCC will extend your meds for 6 months if your medicals are graded M1 or M3.

1. No.

2. As long as you disclose it yourself, then before a decision is made it cannot be a misrepresentation since you disclosed it.

3. IRCC has all the information on your immigration in Canada in their database. Even if you do not disclose it, they can find it. However, it is prudent to disclose it in good faith.
Whew!! What a great relief on my part. Thank you very much again @legalfalcon . :) :) Having lockdown in our country makes me more keen on reviewing my applications that I submitted from time to time and I discover those stuff that I missed.

Is the new 6 months medical extension valid for only COPR holders?

please I need clarification on this issue. The spouse to an applicant used a wrong NOC for express entry application. Though points were not received with spouse employment. Do you think this will cause a problem? Kindly advice.

Hello @legalfalcon

posting this for the second time as I am still awaiting your response

my pr application has been refused, I have a question now

refusal reason:

Section 11.2 of the Act requires that information provided in your Express Entry Profile concerning your
eligibility to be invited to apply (10.3(1)(e)) as well as the qualifications on the basis of which you were
ranked (10.3(1)(h)) be valid both at the time the invitation was issued and at the time the application for
permanent residence is received.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited you to apply for permanent resident status
based on the qualifications you claimed in your Express Entry profile. In your Express Entry profile you
indicated you obtained a Canadian educational credential for 15 points from a 2 year post-secondary
program at Evergreen College- a private career college. I note this institution is not recognized by the
provincial authorities responsible for registering, accrediting, supervising and regulating such institutions
to issue the credential as defined in Immigration Regulation 73(1).
Based on the documentation submitted with your application for permanent residence, I am not satisfied
the you possess an eligible Canadian educational credential pursuant to Ministerial instruction 30(4)(a)
and therefore not eligible gain the claimed points.
This change in your qualifications resulted in a loss of 15 points that brought your rank below the lowest
ranking person who was invited to apply in your round of invitation, under the Express Entry
Comprehensive Ranking System.
As I have found that you no longer possess the qualification on the basis of which you were ranked under
an instruction given under paragraph

-----------------

my question:

can I reapply without claiming those 15 points for Canadian credential or do I need to deduct those extra 20 points as well for two or more degrees before re applying?

as per the letter they only mentioned 15 points deducted for private college education (Canadian credential)

please help!

Thanks
Nikhil

No, since spouse's foreign employment does not get any points, it is insignificant and does not matter. You can ideally answer no to employment for spouse (dependent applicant) in your form and you will not be asked for any work reference letters.

Sec A or any form is only required if asked by IRCC.

IRCC will send an acknowledgement that they have received your CSE.

This is one of the grounds for refusal, this does not mean that everything else was in order. Instead, you should reevaluate your application and recalculate your points and then reapply.

@legalfalcon Thank you so much for the response, I have recalculated it without claiming 15 points for Canadian education, This is what I got

I have created a new profile by answering everything, this time I made a change to the following

When you declare your Canadian education you are asked if the institution is:

- a private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as public institutions, or
- a private secondary or post-secondary institution (in Quebec) offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leading to a diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP), or
- a Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees but only if you are enrolled in one of the programs of study leading to a degree as authorized by the province and not in all programs of study offered by the private institution.

I have answered "NO".
If you answer NO you will NOT gain the extra Canadian education points.

and then it deducted 15 points for Canadian education and calculated as a two or more degrees and gave the above points 452 in total

Shall I go ahead and submit my application If got the ITA or shall I not declare my Canadian education in the education field at all?

Please HELP

I have already submitted my application. I chose yes for employment and got a reference letter but mistakenly chose a wrong NOC. That is my concern.

You will have to create a new profile and enter the pool again and wait for ITA.
