Hello legal Falcon,

Thanks for all your guidance through out my Canada PR process. I have submitted my application on August 15th. I passed medicals today. I also received a request to fill, sign and upload IMM5475 (Authority to release personal information to the designated individual form).
My question is regarding section 3. I submitted my application online through my CIC Account, hence what should I mention for below section
1. Name of the office where the application was submitted Online
2. Location of office Leave it blank
3. Type of application: (I presume is permanent residence) yes it is PR/

Thank you in advance for your input on this.

Thank you for your opinion.

But SS thing get started at CIO level, last notes i have received, generated on 19th July does not has any SS implication. Also before yesterday no communication from London indicated that my file has been in for SS.

Regards
The SS started when the BGC starts. It is not informed, rather you will see it in the GCMS notes, if it is there. If it is not there, then just wait for sometime and your application will be approved.

If you meet the requirements, and can get the letter from the financial institution, that is great. There is no requirement to share the money came from or in what about was it deposited. If your meet the requirements, no need to worry.
Thanks again @legalfalcon, really appreciate your response.
By requirements you mean requirements for bank letter , right? Or is there anything else I need to show for POF.

Dear @legalfalcon

What does "Due Date" mean in GCMS notes?
Regards,
@FFSW-PNP
It is a random system generated date for their internal tracking and has no relevance. I have seen most application move way before that, and some get stuck way after the due date.

I have again and again emphasized that the MyCIC status updates do not signify anything. IP1, IP2 are all creation of some random people on the CV forum.

All applications go through the procedure as set in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the regulations made. These stages are, R10 (completeness), Criminality, medical, Eligibility (A11.2), and BGC.

Further, all applications start at CIO, and then are transferred based on the work load and the program under which the application is filed. Which office your application is, has no significance on the processing. Applicants claiming or speculating that one office is faster then other, or if an application is sent to a specific office it means that the eligibility is passed, is nothing more than SPECULATION. The only accurate way of knowing what has happened to your application is GCMS. Alternatively, you can see the trends and make an estimate on your application.

I do not speculate, and neither do I encourage speculation based on anecdotal evidence. Many applicant get PPR, when they are in, what is popularly called IP1, and some remain stuck in IP2 for months.

You can read more on the different stages of the application here - https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

Language tests accepted by the MPNP
The MPNP has approved two English testing agencies – International English language Testing System (IELTS) General and Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP)-General (available in Canada only). These are the same agencies and tests used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

You must take one of these tests no more than two years before the date you submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the MPNP-B, and must submit the official results as a required document with your MPNP-B application.

Applicants are assigned points based on their Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level. The MPNP-B uses the following table to determine CLB levels from language test results.

Sir after failure of many attempts we are successful in applying Cuba PCC in Cuban embassy in Canada, now should we proceed by attaching receipt with our application? is there any hope that cic will waive off pcc even after receipt as embassy is uncertain regarding duration that document will take to arrive. it may take from 6-12 months. what should I write in LOE to make my case strong?

Hello @legalfalcon

I want to show $15,312 as POF for 2. I have money in my 3 bank accounts.

1st account $5,000 approx
2nd account $6,000
3rd account $6,000

So can I provide bank letters and statements from all these banks as a proof of funds?
