@legalfalcon my friend has received his GCMS notes his criminality is passed and info sharing is complete, but in the last section of police certificates it is written Review required - pending Biometrics RCMP results & PC review.

So if criminality passed why is this status.

All the things are complete only security is not started.

Sponsor got divorced with Z and had child A with Z (Now child A lives with Z who has his full custody) while PR was in progress of Y (under express-entry FSW, he had provided child A’s medical to IRCC). 4 years back Y also landed successfully in Canada as PR.

Now after Y got married to X (2nd marriage). Does Y need to provide medicals of A (A is not in his custody) ?

Assuming A never landed and is not a PR, then yes, my understanding is that it will be required. Happy to hear from others in case I'm wrong though.

When filling out the application, Y will have to declare his children and immediate family members. He will also have to provide details of all dependent members. If A is not dependent on Y, then the documentation (custody documents) should be filed if they were not filed in the previous FSW application.

Since A is not immigrating, A's medical documents will not be required.

@legalfalcon In my PR application, I answered 'no' to the question regarding whether I've ever been refused a visa. I have a US visa which was initially placed under 221(g) administrative processing and ultimately approved. It was all in the same visa application. I believe I answered the question truthfully as the visa was not refused or denied. Now I'm not sure whether this "administrative processing" is considered a "refusal" by IRCC?

Hello - I have applied under CEC - OUTLAND now so expecting PPR - My FD is May 1st, 2026. all steps in Tracker completed now. still waiting for PPR usually it comes within 24-72 hours but for me its complete Silence. My case is complicated initially I got my COPR in Jan 2024 then child Born in Feb 2024 so Informed IRCC before landing but it took them 15+ months and they made procedure error while handling this so I Hired lawyer its litigation case - ALJR has been filed and application of record will be filed on May 24th. My Tracker is not updating too - last update was on April 20th.

I received my GCMS notes, which include the information below. I've heard that the RROC office can be slow in issuing PPRs, but I'd like to know whether delays in third-party security screening could be be affecting the finalization of my application.

Alternatively, is it possible that my security screening has already been completed internally, and RROC is simply issuing PPRs in batches?

If RROC does issue PPRs in batches, based on my timeline and the GCMS notes (Request Date: 05 Jul 2026), when do you think I can realistically expect to receive my PPR?
