How to scan both sides of the photograph in one placeholder? They ask you to write the info on the back of the picture when you submit a hard copy picture later in the process.

Thank you sir!!

I never claimed points for my spouse education, so it should not cause issues right?

I uploaded a digital photo so is the CSE still required.
If you didn't claim no need to worry. You are good. As regards the digital picture, if you have passed R10, nothing to worry.

I'm about to submit my eAPR nect week. So I don't need LOE for uploading the PCC right? Thanks so much
You should include a LoE and explain that you applied after AoR and you were issued a PCC. If IRCC would want a new one they will let you know.

Hi.. I have got first ITA sometime back, but since i didnt had Canada PCC that time, my representative didn't submit my profile. I got an another invitation and by that time, i had received my RCMP report, unfortunately, when i was about to submit, I realized some discrepancy in the report. So i have re-submitted it. Since my representative is not going enough and not guiding me, i have decided to do it myself. So i created my profile and got an ITA last time. But i am holding to submit my application as waiting for older ITA to expire . Is that fine or shall i go a head and submit the papers ?
You don't have to wait, just cancel the old profile. Also RCMP PCC is not required when you submit the application.
IRCC states:

  • Police certificates are required up front and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for a total of six months or more. This instruction is for the purpose of the completeness check under section R10. However, it is always at an officer’s discretion to request a new or additional police certificate.

Hei if am unable to get PCC from China, as it requires me to goto China all the way from where I am and they will issue PCC only for duration i was there on work visa (not for the first year when i was on visitor visa) then what to do?
If you cannot get a PCC, just include a LoE with your application and explain, IRCC will let you know what to do.

Dear @legalfalcon : I am an FSW-O applicant at 72 days post AOR and still haven't even received Medicals Passed.

Some days ago I found out that my application is at the Sydney, Nova Scotia office, which is known to be very slow. But I think the real reason for the delay might be that I will likely receive a medical fairness letter due to very expensive medication that I take for Crohn's Disease (Humira).

What should I do? I though of calling IRCC but fear that that might call attention to my case and somehow raise the chances of medical inadmissibility. I'm kind of hoping that if it gets delayed enough someone will come across my application and say "oh no, we are so late in processing this, hurry!" and be more lenient on the medical part. Or is that just wishful thinking? :)

Thanks
Have your ordered GCMS? And I believe that I have communicated with you over WhatsAPP.

Dear @legalfalcon.
I'm FSWI July 14 AOR, got medicals passed July 21 and at IP1 since then. I sent an email to CPC Ottawa some days ago asking to know what my visa office was and I was told my appl is currently processed at the Ottawa office and was asked to pay RPRF fees and attach the receipt while replying the mail. An agent replied my mail today acknowledge receipt of my RPRF fees.

Could this mean while my status hasn't changed from IP1 to NA2, some progress has been done on my application?? What are your thoughts?
Thanks.
If they have asked you to pay the RPRF, then surely there has been some movement. You should hover consider ordering GCMS, to know what is going on in detail.

@legalfalcon , Thanks for your response.

Also, i heard, officers are rejecting application if all PCC are not in place. I was told by my representative(agent) so was worried, even i showed him the same. But he didnt agree.

I can not cancel an old profile as it was created by representative (agent). In that case what should I do ? Should i wait to get expire my old profile? I have already new invitation and started working myself.

Many thanks in advance.

The IRCC clearly states:

Translation of documents
If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:

  • the English or French translation; and
  • an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
  • a certified photocopy of the original document.
So you can go to the translator and get a certified copy and include it.

I have been a firm supporter of not speculating. What you should be concerned as to which stage your application is at and not what the MyCIC status shows. If you have cleared eligibility, you are in good shape.
To see the different stages of the application you can read my post - https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

Also, if you are concerned, you should consider ordering GCMS notes.

For the completeness check, all your documents should be in place. However, if you include a LoE and explain why a specific document is not available and list all you did to obtain it, you may be granted an exemption or IRCC will lt you know what to do.

I can not cancel an old profile as it was created by representative (agent). In that case what should I do ? Should i wait to get expire my old profile? I have already new invitation and started working myself.
You can go ahead and file you application, but include a LoE and explain that you have another profile through a representative and you are not using the rep anymore so created a new profile and filing though it.

Many thanks in advance.
