There are documents

1. Job duties for old company. I am getting that letter from my manager(not on company letter head).

2. Birth Certificate. My name is not mentioned on birth certificate. Do i need any affidavit with it or notarized ?

3. In some documents my mother's surname is present in some its not there. Will It create any problem?

Definitely notarize 1.

2 isn't even required assuming you aren't a dependent child of the PA of this PR application.

3 doesn't impact your PR application.

thanks for replying. I can't see a place to upload it. Add to that I already have notification from them. That's how I knew I got nominated I received 2 messages "Province or Territory Nomination received " and "Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Nomination Letter"

So I have to wait tell I receive the hard copy letter in order to submit my application?

Not necessary, you have got 600 points already so you can proceed anytime. It's not mandatory but you may choose to upload the soft copy nomination letter along with LOE.

IMO it should include more duties and responsibilities - be more specific in the type of material that you've translated.

I did mention the materials that I translated, but replaced it with xx in this forum for privacy reason. There are about 50 words describing the materials.

No. I wanted to check main duties of that NOC. You may want to recheck if 'xx' covers most of the main duties.
