Hi Asivad,

I'm waiting for my PCC from FBI. Thats why I haven't accepted the nomination from NB yet. But the deadline to accept it will come in the next 2 weeks. I'm just worried that I couldn't get the PCC from FBI in the next 60days. I read somewhere that I can upload evidences to show that I have requested for such PCC from FBI. But is there any case that CIC accepts such evidence or they rejected the application as its not completed?

Dear Asivad, please advise.

I retook the IELTS and reached CLB 9 which gives me 464 points in EE. I have a spouse, but we are not yet married. If I include her in the application I'll have not enough points to get ITA. So I have to apply alone.

Is it possible to go to Canada together? What should I do? What's the best way to take my girl with me?

Hello!
Can I leave out 6-months history from ALL of my accounts and ALL of the banks but the one I'm showing as POF? Thing is, I only have one account with the required amount , the others are: my salary account (with small stable movements), all the others from good many banks havel never been used (the balance is 0). Nothing to see.
Will that be penalized if discovered (and is it even possible?)?

There have been multiple cases in the recent past where CIC has provided an extension of up to 60 days for submitting FBI PCC. Accept the nomination as late as possible (try and not wait till the last day, do it on the penultimate day just in case) and that will add 600 points immediately. Then you will have a few days before you get an ITA. Then you will get another 60 days to submit your post ITA profile. All of these together might add up to 90 days or more and that should be enough time for the PCC to arrive on its own. Even if it doesn't arrive by then, submit your post ITA profile on the 59th day along with evidence of having applied for FBI PCC and attach an LOE highlighting that you waited till the last minute for the document so that you could submit a complete application and request them for an extension so that you can attach the document as soon as you receive the same - that request is most likely to be honored.

All the best!

If you aren't married , she isn't your spouse yet but possibly you can tag them in your application as common-law partner if your relationship meets the requirements. See more here ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=347&t=14

The best way of taking them along with you is to submit an application as single PA for now, get married to them at any point in time during the process AFTER eAPR and BEFORE landing in Canada. In this scenario, they will be added to your application without your points being reassessed.

You won't be able to get them added to your application as common-law partner after getting your eAPR because you wouldn't be able to prove 1 year of cohabitation while simultaneously claiming to be a single applicant when you receive your ITA.

All the best!

You just need to show the account where you hold sufficient monies for POF as mandated in your specific situation. You aren't required to provide information of your other assets/accounts. CIC cannot discover any of this at their end and, even if they could, you won't be penalized for that.

All the best!

Thank you Asivad! All the best to your new journey!

Hi Asivad,
I would like to confirm something, I received Nomination from OOPNP and i am awaiting ITA; my spouse and I English test will expire Jan 18, 2016. What I would like to confirm is, once my application is submitted before JAN 18, 2016 it will be considered as valid?

I want to thank Asivad as well- he has been a great help, and heavens only know how many panic attacks I might have had were it not for him.
Thanks buddy, and all the very best for your life in Canada!

Yes. Ensure that you submit your application and receive e-APR before 18 Jan.

Thanks for your quick response appreciate it, how long after submission do you usually get e-APR?

Hi Asivad,

Congratulation Asivad for the COPR.

I am the principal applicant working in Canada with PGWP submitted EE Profile along with my spouse who is also in Canada. I have 439 points. I

got CEC met, FSW not met and PNP not met. My NOC is 2282 (B).

Yesterday I have got letter of interest from Ontario.

If we arrange and submit our documents within 45 days(that is before December 21, 2015); then do the immigration officers will send our documents back saying the noc cap has been already filled for the year? If so, will they refund the application fee $1500?

Do I have to show funds for a family of 2 - $14853 ?
Till date our account balance is nil, but is it ok to make a sudden single transaction of $14853 from my father's account? with the Gift Deed from my father, his net-worth certificate and both of our bank statements.

Please Suggest

Thanks in advance.

Hi Asivad,

For relatives proof using utility bills, can we just submit first page showing name and address? And should it be worth six months or any bill within the past six months? Thanks!
