Decline this ITA. You will get another ITA and an additional 60 days for the next attempt which, hopefully, would be enough to get the PCC and submit a complete application.

All the best!

Thanks. I am the PA. its my spouse's PCC only which isnt ready yet. We have all proof of submissions.

Even then, it is an incomplete application. Safer to decline the ITA, wait for the PCC and submit a complete application the next time around.

If you have a sufficiently high score (460+), there is really no reason to rush things.

To whom the PCC document is addressed to is the least of CIC's botheration. Anyway you have no control over it, as it is what the authorities issue to you in their own format. (every country has their own format, so it is non-standard)
Thank you :)

For EE it doesn't matter. If you send them a CSE with your updated address/residencial status, they should take that into account for your PPR etc.

But as per AOR.. We need to send CSE by choosing correct VO...So it is deadlock

No deadlock. Use the generic CSE form and select 'Express Entry' in the drop down menu.

Thanks mate, I have done that by CSE. Bt nothing has changed in my profile after one month...So was bit worried

Nothing to be worried about . If you've sent them address update, IRCC will manage it at their end. It need not reflect in your MyCIC though.

Kindly clarify on following situation.

My freind is Expecting ITA by 10th Feb, 2016.
However, his express entry profile may become inelegible on 25th Feb, 2016 (As minimum points of 67 for FSW will come down to 66, due to reduction in point for age).

Q1 : Does EE profile locked on accepting ITA.
Q2. Should he have to file aAPR by 24th Feb only.
Q3. Or he can accept the ITA and file eAPR within stipulated 60 days from ITA.

Thanks in advance.

The EE profile won't become ineligible if your friend accepts the ITA anytime before 25th Feb '16. They can utilize the entire 60 day limit to submit the post ITA application.

Asivad:

I am indeed very curious and wish to know;

1. How do you manage time to respond, advise, suggest, comment on diversified queries on this forum

You will coolly state where there is will there is a way. Still I want you to comment

2. Many aspirants on this forum pose illogical questions without exploring the details themselves. You patiently explain, reply. Tremendous patient.

3. Are you in Canada? Did you take PNP route or direct ITA

4. If yes, I am sure you are in some profession; Will you now and in future continue to extend the courtesy, knowledge to members on this forum

5. Since almost all of us want to go ahead with our efforts for PNP / EE ambitions; some may succeed, some may not.

I strongly believe that all of them you helped selflessly will remember you through out their life spans.

I would be over stepping if I say; Keep up the good work.

I am sorry I want to add a line.

The same questions are for experts apart from you who are dedicating time on this forum.

They deserve our thanks too.

Thanks

Made it +790 for u.
