Im currently in the UK looking to move to Canada anyway I can, ive found an employer in British Columbia willing to offer me a job and even go through the LMIA process but the problem is that i dont have the necessary experience.

If they are happy to train me up and all the job postings say that no experience is needed and full training is provided, is the temporary foreign worker programme a viable option?

Its for a baker position so its NOC B. Ive got experience in a bakery just not as a baker itself.

If no experience is required, they will likely have a lot of difficulty getting the LMIA and proving no Canadian could be hired for the role.
