Dear friends i need your help regading my refund.
My case was rejected due to inappropriate job discription before inprocess. I asked to immigration office and they said it will take around 3 months to get your money back from Nova Scotia Canada. I already sent my rejection letter and copy of Passport to CIC office Canada via speed mail. So far i didn't get any information from there. I am bit worried regarding may refund. There is no other way to ask and contact there. Anybody know how long it will take to refund or how should i contact them for asking my situation.
So, please seniors give some suggestions regarding this

dont worry you will get your money back. no need to take tension.

It takes from 3-6 months to get your refund processed. If any problems, you can contact Nova Scotia office via email and remind them again about refund.

In one of threads, I came across the contact no. of CIO where some of applicants (from outside Canada) called up CIO to clarify their matters.
I guess you can also try that way but needs a hard work to trace that contact no.

regards

are you a pre or post 6/26 applicant? If you are a post 6/26 applicant, then you are the first known case to have an encashed or cc charged applicant that was rejected.

Ehehehehe :D

If you are rejected at eligibility check or if you are rejected before your app is accepted for processing then you will be fully refunded. Otherwise you have to just forget about what you paid for processing.

Everything is a lesson. Some lessons are free others you pay for. It's a lesson, nevertheless.

Good luck. :)
