Nabasa ko lang po sa kabilang thread na he got refused at isa sa dahilan is sinama nya sa application nya ung names ng relatives nya (Your family ties in canada and other country of residence). I am so worried kasi ganun din ung ginawa ko. Pero bago ko ginawa un i asked first my Auntie sa Canada kung okay lang na ilagay sila and then she said its okay lang daw. Ano timeline mo? Keep on praying guys. Godbless!

Thank you po sa reply. Anyway ganun po ba...? Ala, katakot naman po kasi ako din po naglagay ng relatives overseas. Kasi yun din po sinabi nila na ok lang ilagay... Haay... Sana nga po ok lang yun.

In my opinion we should put all fact/true details and info about us.... or what they are asking... base on my experience, I applied as Caregiver last 2008 and got here by 2009. I told them that I have an Aunt here in Alberta and they live near on my prospective employer.

You better tell the truth than lies, cos at the end they will find it out...... when you got in here, every single docs must be base on your first application and if they found that you lied you will suffer.

All of those was base on experience........
Hope it give you an idea..... Good luck to all, if God's will....nobody or nothing will hindrance what He want.

i agree with single mom... you cannot hide the truth and hiding the truth will eventually haunt you. no amount of secret remain to be secret as time will unearth it. it may not be from you but unexpected sources with an s as pluralized especially during unguarded moments.

Reading the posts of the others, I would say it's alright and very ok to put the names of relatives who are overseas in the form where such information was asked/needed.
Therefore, no need to worry... Ü

Just an Update from my end,

We have got our TWP and TRV today. We got an email on 4th Dec asking for our passport. My husband went in person to submit the passport today and within 2hrs got the visa stamp and work authorisation letter.

Date of Application : 25/10/12
Request for Passport : 04/12/12
TWP and TRV : 10/12/12
LMO: Not required
Visa Office: London
FBI clearance: 7 weeks from the date of application

pero hanggang ngayon po wala parin pong reply ang embassy sa akin...

at kailangan ko po ung passport ko before February dahil kailangan kong i renew ang visa ko dito sa DUbai...
hindi ko po alam kung paano i track ang mga documents ko...
kung sakali naman pong malaman ko kung nasaan ang papers ko. iniisip ko rin kung hindi ba makaka apekto sa pag process ng papers ko kung kukunin ko ang passport ko...
sana po matulungan nyo ako...

tanong lang po kasi yuung friend ko same kami ng employer kaso hindi sya nakapagtapos ng 2 year course in short hindi sya naka 72 units is there a posssiblity na maaprove sya sa application kahit na madami sayang exp sa same field of industry na inaaplyan nya? me lmo na kasi sya eh kaso ang problema po eh hindi sya naka pag college
