Hi,
I am looking for job in Toronto in the film production or the advertising sector, and although I have a relevant experience and background in the field, there is probably no shortage in people like me in Toronto. So, my question is: if I am the person the employer is willing to hire, will he obtain a positive LMO?
I understood that the employer must prove he has widely published his job offer in Canada and that he cannot find a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident for the job. How do they prove this in practice?
Many thanks,
Nathan
