if you got a job from an employer in canada to work for temporary basis like 2 years, and the job doesn't require any experience or education, and maybe the position offer on job training , whould you still be required to have specific education and experience in order to obtain the temporary work permit for that noc you've received a job offer for?

It's hard to answer that question without a lot more details.

If you are coming to Canada to work in a job that is completely different than anything you've done previously and for which you have no training, sometimes that can result in the work permit being refused. If the training is on the job and no related education or work experience is required, then it's going to be pretty hard for an employer to get an LMIA approved since they can hire someone in Canada. Especially now with unemployment being high.

the job offer is from a place or province that is exempted from lmia like yukon for example . my question is just about that, if the employer doesn't require anything and the lmia is not required either, will the embassy body will get in the way because i have no experience or completion of secondary school not even 10 grad

Yes, it's possible the work permit could be refused by IRCC.
